Chicken Roll-ups

Filling: 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 3 c. boiled and shredded chicken, 1- 4oz. can mushrooms- drained, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 3 tbsp. chopped green onions.

Breadcrumb Mixture: 1/2c. breadcrumbs (dry), 1/4 c. chopped pecans, 1/2 tsp. sage.

Bake at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

I always serve them with rice and a cheese sauce to go on top which consists of: 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. cheddar cheese, 1/2 stick margarine or butter. Heat through. Don't let it boil.
